In his defense, sometimes things come up, so maybe he's just lagging. Or even worse, maybe a emergency came up, never know.

As far as a grievance post, I'd try to contact the seller again and handle it off the board.

Also, the sig is kinda big, might want to resize, blah did it for you, save to your host:

Wow.
Read the rules and guidelines. How can you break so many forum rules in one post. I'm stripping your sig, and editing out your post. Maybe next time, you can follow a rule or two and I'll leave your thread alone.
