we installed my friends stuff..

upgraded/installed his fidanza flywheel with his centerforce dual friction clutch, everything put back together

-bled the clutch lines several times
-adjusted the clutch pedal to the point where you barely push the pedal, it's already pushing the slave, basically no freeplay
-rebled the clutch lines
-clutch pedal a lot stiffer than before

car's on jackstands or whatever, turned it on, wheels are off the ground, try to shift gears, but it's going in very roughly, gotta force it in or put more effort into it..we used pennzoil syncromesh gear oil
i assume by this, the slave isn't pushing it out enough, oh yeah and his car is a 2g eclipse, like new slave/master cylinder, he told me theres no aftermarket slaves or anything that might maybe push it out more? but any thoughts/ideas/help is appreciated

syncromesh oil too thin? jus thought of that right now or he did actually

omg i just had the same prob on my buds 2g, with act 6 puck and dif flywheel. i just ended up bleeding it again and adj the MC rod out farther, it helps if you wiggle the pedal when adj ing the rod out.....what a pain in the ass!!!!!! make sure you drive it and let the clutch get nice n hot to make sure every thing is ok. i adj it to far the 1st time and it made the clutch slip!

yeah we tried adjusting the clutch pedel, but it didnt help much. what kind of tranny oil did your buddy use? welli guess we'll just keep messing with the clutch pedal. we only had 10 min to mess with it last night. Thanks bro.
