Here is how I patched up the cut coaxial wire. I am wondering if this is right way to do it.

I'm not sure what your trying to fix, but if your repairing/extending o2 sensor signal wires, be sure to also connect the sheilding just like the MAFS wires.

What's that Maf sensor shielding made of? Where can I get it? Do I have to get it off an extra engine harness?

I cut the OEM connector off my harness. Is there any pointers you could give to the repair? Maybe better pics? Thanks

The O2 sensor grounds through the exhaust system and the other wire is the signal wire, I believe that is just a shield due to the highest voltage is around 900mV.

There isn't too much detail in that pic.. but it looks OK to me.
