Changing valve lifters

Yeah so i want to change my valve lifters(for the #4 cylinder) in my dohc engine cuz i'm pretty sure there rattling, so how would i go abt doing this and is it time consuming or a breeze???

u need to pull the cams off and upper timing chain and sprockets and then just pop them up

thats it, yes it is time comsuming
