Fmic Hybrid Trouble

I Have A S14 With A Redtop And A S13 Fmic And I Had To Cut My Hot Pipe To Extend It So It Would Reach , But When I Put My Bumper On The Ic Looks Crooked . Is This Normal On A S13 Motor In A S14 Chassis ?

ive seen it happen before, but you can fix it. What would need extended or changed for it to sit straight. thank you
