Energy Suspension sway bar bushing install

i just got my sway bar bushings from energy suspension for my stock front and rear sway bars on my 95 s14, any tips for install these? the instructions are kind of vauge, i also had a question on waht the plate and spacer are for on the front sway bar bushing kit?
