ok what are some good adjustable springs out there??? how hard is it to adjust the springs if u do have adjustable???
ummm.. springs aren't adjustable, you can get a progressive spring. is that what you mean?
He probably means springs with a threaded collar for height adjustability. ground-control.com (http://www.ground-control.com/) is the only good company I know of that makes these for 240's. I can't comment on the difficulty of adjustment since I don't have them...

Ground Control Easy of Adjustability:
1) jack the car up
2) insert 5/16 hex wrench and loosen collar
3) sping spring perch up or down
4) retighten hex
5) repeat for each tire, make you you measure correctly and adjust for driver weight, etc etc
6) lower car

i hate coil overs cuz they are hard to make all 4 sides the height u like and even..... plus if u want a real suspension then get springs or a dampering system

CUSCO and GAB make great coilovers for the 240's but hard pretty hard to find over here in the STATES.

Maybe i'm not understanding the whole ground-control approach; forgive my ignorance...
Does the threaded sleeve sit on the spring perch, or does it have to be welded on after removing the perch? What happens when i change struts?

uhh... assuming your springs aren't wacked out you just measure the collar height on the strut/shock body....
also... wouldn't it be "springs AND dampening"??
