240sx sr tech help

Directly after changing my oil my battery light and my parking brake light came on. My brake fluid is full and my alternator is charging 14.2 volts. Is this a common problem? Any help or ideas would be great.

I was gonna say the same thing. I thought it was weird how all of a sudden all these threads came up about the e-brake and battery light flickering.

Changing your oil alone would not cause either of the two obviously. Maybe you disturbed some wiring somewhere in the process? Best bet is to get back under there and start checking all of your wiring.
