Well, driving to lunch from work today, dropped a cylinder. Sounds like a suby now and barely drives. This part in the pic I havent been able to identify through the fsm wiring diagram, but maybe Im a chucklhead and didnt look hard enough. Anyhow, I need to know what this is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

FYI its a dropping resistor (E43 on a s13 FSM), used only on auto's
be careful and check that your short did not go further down the harness toward the fuel injectors and all that good stuff.

Damn, that means someone swapped it to manual before I got it. Beeches. Thanks a bunch Odessa. Anyone done a swap and have any advice on what to do with this?

Ive searched around and see a bunch of fuel injection talks associated with this. Is this tied into that? Can I terminate or loop this?

i dont think it neccesarily means that it was an auto before. mine is stick and it also has the dropping resistor not connected to anything. ive been driving with out it connetced to anything and my car is fine.
