View Full Version : Where to buy a SR20DET in NorCal from a reputable dealer

I am looking for a reputable dealer that carries good quality SR20DETs, preferably a redtop, it has to have a complete wiring harness, ecu, etc, everything to make the swap possible.

my friend sells front clips and has red tops in stock. i believe he has 2 right now in san jose and the other ones are in the warehouse in frisco. pm me for pricing and ill ask him.

Might want to try www.venus-auto.com they are near Sac and have a good reputation for slangin good SR, CA, RB clips/motorsets...

rcrew racing in brisbane (right next to san francisco) just got 21 s13 clips both black and red tops they also have a few s15's

i got my motor from rcrew a few years back after i got a recommendation from a friend. i highly recommend them. awesome service.

rcrew has one s15 motor, no s15 front clips, and it had a custom harness on it so you need to run stand alone if you want that motor to run.

Does rcrew do dyno tuning or just engine retail?

Rcrew is more just engine retail
Rcrew has a dyno pack, they can do dyno runs for u but no tuning as far as im aware. Honda's I believe they can tune for, but nissan not really except advancing timing or something little like that. no ecu tuning.

If u want tuning done to ur sr, u need a programable ecu and take it to racetune. Frank is pretty good at tuning. So far thats the only local place that I know and can trust tuning my vehical.

Frpilot already picked up his front clip from me. He picked it up yesterday 57km clip. Ill let him know his pm box is full. What is it you need to know about sr's that u cant find on zilvia?
