Hello Norcal people,

I just got a job as a Lender with Hilltop Lending. I can do refinances and loans towards buying house. So please keep me in mind when you think of buying that new house, I can get you great rates.

I just finished my dad's house, seriously. Now he's paying $1k less per month than before, AND he's getting cash out.

Rates vary from bank to bank, but leave it up to me to find the best program that works for you.

I've been with Zilvia for a long while, 4 years now. You can trust me when I say I will PERSONALLY hand you a cut of what I earn when you refer a client to me :D. How much? It depends. But I WILL hand you money if you refer a client to me.

YES, when I say personal, this includes ALL of the region viewing this (CA, WA, OR, AR, NV). We'll have some lunch too haha.

I can do loans for anybody in the US actually, just contact me and we'll work it out.

So think of that parent/grandparent/aunt/uncle/sister/brother/friend that's looking to buy that house or refinance after reading this, and send me a pm.

Or if you're a real estate agent, pm me an address and I'll send business cards your way, and you can send some mine.

Regards,
Anthony Burlingame

hell yea this is better than installing satellite dishes hahaha.

But I do regret quitting the copier job, it was hella laidback.
I shoulda quit that for something else, not satellite. that job didn't have any growth.

srd240sx,
my manager's got me assigned to Santa Clara area for a couple of months maybe. so i'll be in your area haha. most of the time i'm in the office.

If you'd like a quote let me know, we can do it over the phone. Just find a house you like, write down the price, address, and that's it.

There's a program out there for ANYONE, there are hundreds of banks, and one of them is bound to get you the rates you want.

It depends on your credit score. Not everyone can get the lowest rate available

If you're looking for the lowest rate, then you better have a great score. If you're looking for the rate you can afford, you're open to alot of programs out there.

ya A paper banks are usually saved for 650+

Not necessarily. If your FICO score is too low either you won't qualify for a loan at all or you won't qualify for a loan that's affordable. A paper is 680+

if you cash out on on refinancing... lets say 100k, dont you have to pay tax on that unless you redirect it to buy more property? dang, 100k would be killer come tax day.

Not for cash out because it's not considered income. You are paying interest to take out that equity.

Seeing that Countrywide is the largest CLD in the US, maybe you sell a few loans to us here and there. If you are mean to me I will track down your loans and make sure they don't fund. LOL.

Do you work in Rosemead? I slang Countrywide MTA's and HELOC's here and there once in awhile. So YOU'RE the guy that holds up all my loans haha j/k
