What exactly is the stock caster? 6.5*? 7*?

dousan is right on with a good setup that will suit most s chassis for drift use. yes stock caster is around 7, 8-9 degrees of caster will give you good return. i like it for letting the car steer itself from just the throttle
the most important part of any "race" car's suspension is the tires. i personally prefer alot more camber than this but that works well for my setup, not to mention it eases dropping the car low with my wheel/tire setup

even with aftermarket TC rods for the adjustable caster, i could only get 7* of caster. i would say 8.5* would be ideal, then drift with it for awhile and make a small adjustment and decide whether its better or worse for you. His specs are a good starting point, but it is mainly preference when it comes to suspension settings.
