can anyone tell me if you have to pull the motor out of a 91 240sx to remove the pistons.

no you don't have to, but it sure make the job alot easier if you do pull the motor. not only that, but if you need to do a ring job, or ream the cylinder walls (which if you do one, you should do the other) you should put new main and rod bearings in as well, then if you are doing that, you may aswell just rebuild the whole freakin' motor because something will end up breaking when you put it all back together.

sorry, I learned this first hand, and I warn everyone I can to go all out or risk doing it all over again for some other stupid reason, just like I did!
