Help-Window won't roll down

Hey guys (already searched on topic),

My pass. manual door window won't roll down. It rolls down an inch and won't roll down anymore. Just gets stuck but I can roll it back up. Tried to force it down, won't budge. No grinding or window noises. Window crank works fine.

Took off panel and tried window adjustments, didn't help. Will I just have to take out the whole window rail and everything? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Pull the regulator and check for frayed spots on the cable. Sometimes you can cut the bad pieces off and save it, but you'll probably need to replace it if it's bad.
