Hey guys, i was just changing my brake pads and rotors (stock), and saw that the tension rod bushings were ripped and leaked their gooey insides.

Given that i'm not going to be mad dorifto tiiite jdm yO with this car, what do you think my best options are?

options:
1. energy suspension bushings (about 44 bucks plus shipping from courtesy nissan)

2. nismo tension rod bushings (66 plus shipping same place)

3. adjustable pillowball tension rods (150 plus shipping same place)

concerns are mainly cost but also quality. i could get more fancy tension rods, but i really wouldnt be using them for their main purpose, even at the price that courtesy nissan has their's for. for ease of installation i'd like to get the complete tension rod assembly, but during my searches i found very few threads that gave me info on pressing the stock bushings out. if worse comes to worst, i'll bring the rods to a local shop to have them press and install. tell me what u guys think. thanks!

You should get pillowball rods. I had energy suspension and concluded they were the reason my lower control arms were tearing apart from the rods.
