s13 HUD problem

hi i got a s13 hud cluster and display in my fastback
when i drive it slowlys goes up and then drops back down to 0 mph
it would never or very rarely tell me how fast im going
anyone know what is my problem? is it the wires? i used the right wire harness and all

the diodes in da display unit are fried...either u get an analog cluster one or get a used working HUD cluster

the diodes are fixable just a pain to solder

i'm in da process of making a write up

the thing is, my old cluster's mph gauge was fried too....
are the odds likely that both gauges thing was fried?
