78 cadillac fleetwood (head-turner)

My caddy for sale, asking $4200 obo. I don't have my tools with me to fix the problems and it's a bear to have and simply not practical for college. I apologize for the limited pictures, second camera stolen from me a little bit ago so I'm taking a break from them for a while. Car is clean, a little bit of damage on front fender and trunk, recent gold paint job (picture does not do it justice, gorgeous paint job), gold 100-spoke wires with whitewall tires. Original 425 (~7 liter) motor with 123k on the clock. This is the Fleetwood Brougham d'Elegance (rare) so everything is power (steering, door locks, windows, etc.) Rear air shocks. Comes with new Kenwood 6x9s in the rear but has no deck. Brand new headliner and entire carpet. Seats are guaranteed the most comfortable things you have ever sat in.

Troubles:
-Exhaust leak goes takatakatakatakatakataka
-Rear air shocks leak slowly. Have not looked for the source of the, worst case is $100 for a new air ride core.
-Needs new locks. Key only starts car.
-Salvage title

Extras included:
-Set of four original cadillac chrome wheels (good condition, rust on one) with good tires
-Extra set of very good tires
-Portable air compressor
-Tinted windows (darker in the rear)
-Black dice in the rear view
-Bug guard (methinks its ugly)

Car gets tons of looks and compliments and I cannot stress how comfortable it is to drive. Price is negotiable and I am open to some trades. Can meet in Portland/Beaverton as that's where some of the extra stuff lives.
