well, ive noticed over the past few months ive been getting more and more turbo surge.. when I reach a certian boost my BOV will shoot off, but if its real low boost (around 0-.3 bar) I get turbo surge :ugh: .. ive got a s13 blacktop, with a blitz dd bov..

who gives a fuck, surge is ok. its ur bov is sticking and not relising air at low boost. its perfectly normal. u dont need bov at low boost anyway. if u are really anal, disassemble your bov and see why its sticking. they use that graphite shit to lube the piston, i removed mine and lubed with wd40. now it works perfect, tighten it a lil more or loosen it will be very responsive. once again u really dont even need bov at stock boost levels. hope this helps....
