I never thought I would ever see a set of break pads cost this much But every where I look they are expensive as hell. The shop near me sells them (Project D http://www.autoimaging.com/ ) and the owner realy knows his sh!t but is he just trying to make a sale or are they realy worth the bucks?
By the way, I am serious about the products I buy for my car. I am willing to spend the money if they are realy as good as he claims.

Endless has been know in Japan for being one of the most extreme braking system company ,their pads are awesome stuff ,their braking system has been tested and punished to the the extreme and they had been flawless ,Endless is the kind of company that test thier products on the track ,did you have see it their Skyline with their braking system ? ,I bet that if ya' take a look at it you will know what Im talking about ,dude your friend is telling you the truth "Endless" is a hardcore racing part thing but anyway if you want to take a look at something more cheap try looking at EBC pads ,they r' really good stuff!

I have never owned Endless pads. I would not own Endless pads. I know people that put their cars on tracks (racing and track days). I know some of these people that have used Endless pads. I don't know any of them that would ever use Endless pads again. The opinions of people I trust tell me not to buy them. A quote: "Yeah Endless... endless fade!"
EBCs rank equally poor among people I know. I know someone who burned a pair of reds to the backing plate in ONE day on track! Greens wouldn't stand a chance. For the money, I wouldn't get them.
Now, the question for you, however, is what are you looking for? Is this just for street? Autox? Track days? A mix?
First, if you just need pads for the street, popular choices include Axxis Metal Masters, Hawk HPS, those KVR thingies, and EBC greens. These will do fine for daily driving and can be used for autox. If you do a mix of street and autox, you might want to step up to Axxis Ultimates, Porterfield R4S's, or Hawk HP+. More bite, a bit less rotor friendly, low operating temp - dust will be an issue. There are very few (if any) pads that can be a good street/track combo pad. I know some running Ultimates and Porterfields for track days and street - and I run CarboTech Panther+ pads (but do very little street driving). The P-fields and the CarboTechs are as friendly as a track pad can be to your rotors, but they wear fast, dust a lot, don't work until they get some heat in them, and do eat up the shiny discs!
Notice - no where are Endless or Mu's or even any EBCs (beyond the fact that some run them). If you feel compelled to spend the money, by all means. But if you want brakes that work where and how they are supposed to...
