But! There's a HUGE drift section, tons of nice silvia pics, and if we're lucky, itll cause a bunch of honda boys to run their civics into curbs trying to drift <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sigh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

its weird cuz i hate but i love super street
all that drift coverage was amazing, they even had a lil inital d section.... but i dont like it cuz it introduces ricers to things they shouldn't know or mess with...
Like in that issue they also have a big section on Variable valvetrain timing, leting all the newbies know what vtec really is and all the other forms of it in other cars, so thats cool right, they are jus opening up peoples eyes....
but they have alotta "JDM" stuff in the mag, and 240s and i guess that kinda sucks cuz , the wrong crowd is gonna pick up on it...
I think the guys at Super Street really do know alot about cars and are trying to do the right thing , but its jus to late

the more technical they try to get, the more often they make mistakes. well.... not that they ever really wrote any good info in the first place.....

SS is good for pictures and the occasional hot slut. other than that, it's the magazine i keep in my bathroom in case i ever run out of TP. i put as much value into what they say as the guy at midas. SS may be trying to do what they consider is the "right thing," but with all their 240 and "drifting" coverage, it's only adding fuel to the fire i so terribly wish would burn out.

Definitely. Maybe it's just me, but they're distortion of things ticks me off (haven't read the article so I won't be specific on this one, but in the past they've done it... [edit: trunkated for babbling]).
It's also pretty assured that they won't get all their facts straights.

For info, step by step, product reviews, tests, etc., I read Sport Compact Car and I have a suscription. For pretty pictures, "JDM" style (as poseur as that sounds coming out of them), styling ideas, and lists of cool stuff for cars, I suscribed to Super Street because that's all they're ever good for right now.
I suscribed to Import Tuner a year ago and it was the biggest waste of $20 I've ever spent...sorta, since they had nice girls there and some cars were decent. Some cars.

Some of those girls are ugly though, at least the ones in the newer mags. Natasha Yi, Cherie Roberts, and a couple others that i don't remember the names were hot but now that mag is getting worse and worse. The only issue that I have is the one with umm wats here face, umm Christine (or sumin like dat), anyway its the one with the S14 on it that has a Tomei Bluetop engine.
I like SCC the best, followed by SuperStreet, they sometimes have nice things. Turbo occasionaly is good but the last few issues were kinda bad. SCC all the way (even though they are'nt always the best either)

I think they have always had the ocasional 240/silvia article, but now it seems more often. I subscribe to SCC, Turbo, and SS, and I like them the best in that order. Turbo will always surprise me with a great article, but then they won't have shit for 2 months, SCC sems to be the most consistent. SS is mostly for the pics and products.

actually there was clash of the taitans first...
and, i actually like SS... i subscribed to it for a year, but than i didn't have money anymore to continue... (as you all know, i'm really low on money on my car as well, so i'll take generious donations, just go to my hompage <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> )i thought they were a pretty good magazine, unless they screwed it up for the past 5-6 month really badly, i don't see why you guys doug on it...

Yeah I agree Super Street is more for just pics (hence what I use it for) But they seem to be decently cool. Its kinda funny dropping some ass off and reading the letters to SS. They're always such assholes to the people who right them, and I usually get a good laugh out of it.

SCC is definately the best when it comes to diversity of vehicles and they give an unbiased view on a lot of cars. SS is alright but I definately liked the latest mag they put out w/ the drifting and such (pretty interesting <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> ) As far as import 2nr...they suck one of their sorry ass editors summed them up "stereos, wide body kits, and shit like that" Need I say more
Anyway SCC is dope the rest can occasionally be pretty good

SCC has more professionalism in their articles and various editorials that they've written. Super Street and Import Tuner's editors sometimes feature articles that seem as if they were written by some idiot high school kids.

Doesn't hurt to apply. Probably might help them too. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
