Offset and location please?

And does it come w/ center caps?

not sure of offset. i was running them on my s14, in the front with 25mm spacers it was perfectly flush, and the rear was near flush w/o any spacers. located in san jose, ca...and yes i do have the center caps, they're still white though (unpainted).
