Oil to use for VLSD?

i want to flush out my LSD oil which oil weight should i go with for the vlsd? oh and does anyone know where i can buy a 3 hole downpipe gasket? the metal ones.

I use 75W90 gear oil in mine...you could try www.atpturbo.com for your gaskets.

Use the same gear oil as you would with your open diff. The viscous parts are sealed off and seperate.
