What offset do i need?  I found some that I want and they are 40 offset.  Would these work?

+40mm will fit your car, but if you are looking for a "flush" look go w/ +35mm or +32 for more fun

Thanks for the advise.  How much more "flush" would a +35 or +32 be.  Is this measured in mm?  If it is, would it be 5-7mm more towards the outside, and therefore more wheelbase?  Sorry for these questions but i am on the run and can't investigate this now.

the smaller the offset (in mm) the further it will be out, towards the fender/body
