This has been more since the weather dipped below 50 degrees, and occurs first thing in the morning about 75% of the time, and seems to go away 5 mins after warm up...symptom is heavy gas smell inside cabin, like I've just spiled a cup of gasoline in the front seat
Mods:
SR with stock t25
HKS SSQV atmospheric
HKS atuator @14psi- no boost controller
Gt spec exhaust
FMIC
z32 filter
Walboro Fuel Pump - seems to smell fine in the rear - though I haven't been back there when experiencing the problem.
Sound normal for a car expected to run a little rich? Thoughts?
I'd say I had a fuel leak, but it goes away - or becomes unnoticeable...

well, if you smell fuel inside the car...there is a fuel leak somewhere. When it gets cold rubber gets hard and could possibly crack so I would start checking the rubber lines. Good Luck.

I worked on a customer's 240 that had similar problems and it was the injectors leaking at the bosses and the pintile. The car is going to dump more fuel in at cold start beause of the enrichment map, so this coul explain the extra gas being present. Check all of your fuel lines, then the injector bosses. Don't forget the rear rubber lines from the fuel tank to the hard lines. Some people cannot identify where the smell is coming from. The other alternative is the EVAC system is malfunctioning.
i dont have my charcoal cannister in the back anymore...haha

Once again the internet can't fix my car....I'm so lazy it's terrible sometimes.
So I turn the car and actually look to see what going on  :
injectors look good, now to the lines, fliter, wait.....drip - drip - drip...:faint:
fuel is drippng from the hose above the filter and the clamp won't stay tight, I'll pick up a new clamp tomorrow.
Moral = at least try to fix your own prolem before letting the internet work on it - LOL. To my defense, I would have looked sooner if it wasn't below 40 degrees out...
Thanks for the help...almost gave up (never open the hood) after you local guys uttered you have the same issues...

yay, if I posted everytime I had problems instead of trying to figure it out myself, I'd have at least double my current post count. :goyou:
