They are already on the fenders. If you look again at the pics you will see them.

Whoa, lots of replies! Sorry I haven't checked back :(

$250 for all of it. "valances" are on the fenders. Everything is beige primer. Everything is located in Okmulgee, OK, an hour south of Tulsa. Will be willing to part if everything doesn't sell as a whole.
