Custom Turbo Setup...

I'm in the middle of a custom turbo setup and sorta got stuck.  Does the EGR tube still need to be there?  I don't think I could make the egr attachment on the custom turbo manifold.  If it is still necessary, where does it need to be?  Manifold or Downpipe?  Thanks

it needs to be on the downpipe

but u would only put it on if u want to try to pass emissions. otherwise, i would not attach it and plug the line.
