When I drive on any streets that has minor bumps, my car tend to rock from side to side or like a see-saw, forward to back. I was wondering what my problem might be? I'm not mechanically inclined, but I might think it's either my suspension or my shocks. What could it be? any suggestions?

I'm going to say your shocks are gone... Anyone have any other ideas?

Sounds like shocks to me..
You can tell by pushing down really hard on each corner seperatly and letting go quickly. If the corner goes up, down, up, down Stop.. then it is definately dead. They should go.. Up, stop.
not sure what else it could be. Maybe blown T/C rods if the car was just jumpy on little bumps.
