Much broader range of adjustment huh? Basically, every two clicks on alpha equals one of beta. However, i highly doubt you will notice a difference between one click. Therefore, 15 levels of adjustment is perfectly fine. Plus!!! Inverted dampers prove to be more durable, much more suitable for street use. I am currently running on Silk Road RM/A8's, I only have 8 levels of adjustment and its plenty of adjustment for the street. I hope i've influenced you into choosing the better suited coilover, especially for the money. Its a great bang for the buck.

240 springs rates are almost always higher in the front. The car comes that way from the factory. And for the most part every aftermarket manufacturer makes them this way too. I can't see any reason why someone would want softer rates in the front. IIRC most front wheel drive cars have higher rates in the front as well.

When you do custom you have to order 30 sets at the same spring rate. That might be something that we do in the future if we get enough interest on one specific spring rate.

Here is a update from Me, Marc the owner.

We had a problem with DHL on our shipping quote from Japan to here, we now are using a company that does more international shipping. Between the confusion of that and us dollars conversion to Yen, this has been a big headache. I have personally been talking to KTS to get everything straightend out. i know this has taken ALOT longer than you and I have planned, but believe me ,I have 3 sets on the container for our race cars for this years Forumla d. I am just as impatience as the rest, but fear not, we are not a scamming company, just one that has had a little problem getting the first pallet thru importation. We will call everyone ASAP when they arrive here at our doors.

I will personally send out the pics of the pallet when it arrives. WE have taken on more buisness than planned for since the arrivial of Edgar, he works his ASS off to get things sold every day. Between the new race team that we have put together and the amount of swaps that we are in the process of doing, i have had to hire 2 more guys to help out here at the shop.

So once again, hang with me boys and girls, we are just getting started on nothing but the best prices to you...our total support.

Are you guys waiting for them to come on a boat? Or is it another form of shipping that you had them shipped, cause if the boat hasnt arraived, we will be waiting for that, then for it to clear customs. Every week you have been saying next week. If you can just give a definit answer, or say you are unsure the boat is taking a while it will probably put more people at ease. I know the boat can take a long time. its been 2 mo. and depending on the departure date, it can take up to 8wks or more. If you could just let us know how u shipped it and when the shipper left, it will put us all more at ease I think.

You said it was shipped Air Frieght, so how long ago was this. It takes 1 -2 days to go from Japan to USA by plane dependant upon the type of cargo plane and what stops are made. Then is it shipped by ground to your facility? Do you know when the plane landed, where it landed and then shipped to your address? Has it all cleared customs?

The 2 guys that joined Round 3 are getting thier coils already. If I see enought interest to make a order of 10 which 3 guys have pmed me I will open another GB asap. As of right now it is on pause until we have some more info.
We are going to start advertising on 240sxforums soon and other forums like NICA and FA so then the GB's will fill in faster. As of right now it is on Pause and MSL is not taking anymore orders on KTS coilovers until further notice.

i ordered these before christmas hopeing that, at most they would come in a few weeks after that...
But now everyday, all my firends ask me "have your coilovers came yet"..and everyday i say no with a sad face.
When i got your guyss call, and you said they woudl be coming to you on thursday i was super excited but it seems like you still havent gotten them.
I dont mean anythign personal to you guys, and you seem like nice ppl every time i talk to you, but it is taking TOO long.
I just hope they will be here within the next week or so.

They are on route to our shop. I have talked with the shipper already and as soon as they get here I will call you with the tracking number. Our policy statement on our website suggest 9 weeks for a special order and stuff does take time to get here from Japan guys. Not trying to sound like a complete dick but im keeping you guys informed with all the possible information that I have been provided with the shipper that we used. Due to that fac I have paused the GB on the KTS coilovers while we look for a new shipper for the future of our products that come from overseas.
I do understand that everyone wants thier coilovers and we also need our coilovers so that we can get down to the Houston Feeder Event for Formula D in Marc's S14. So when I have said soon I mean soon. Again I do appologize for whatever problems this has caused anyone but as soon as they get here we will check the product and off they go to thier location destination.

I personally have just recieved a email from my agent, and the coilovers will be at my doorstep Tuesday. We will be contactiong all of the orders that were placed , and that were payed for on tuesday. the majority will be sent outthat same day and the rest on Weds.

Once again, I appologize for this stupid delay...like i said before.,.i am waiting for 3 sets for my own cars..and it is just a frustrating for me as is for you.

The way things are ordered from Japan now, will be FAR much easier since the trouble that we have run into on this round....

Thier is no hold up. Before I ship them out I have had to check 2 pallets make sure all the orders are correct. I cant just not check them and send them out. I am doing all this alone and yes it does take a while. Once I have all shipping info printed and on the coils I will call you with a tracking number. I have not had a chance to post since ive been trying to finish all this up. I have to follow my companies regulations and make sure everything is in tact. i wanna see the pics to verify they are there. i jsut dun understand, if they came in on tuesday, why would it take 3-4 days to check and print labels. Honestly I used to work for Andysautosport and i did what you had to do and Andy's did 40-70k days and i could do everything in no time. Coilovers are simple to check...open the box and seal up, click print on what ever program u are using and then have them outside when DHL comes. I figure there were 15 people in each GB and there were 2 full GB's and part of #3 so thats only like 30-40 coilovers. I think you guys care more about the cars and getting them ready for Formula D rather than the customers who support your business. Without Customers....you have no business, no business equals no money, no money equals no Formula D. So i think you guys need to get the priorities straight. I am rather bitter but i am sure people would agree with me here.

I do understand how you guys feel trust me I was on the same boat because I did pick up a set for myself for my S13 and Marc for his S14 so yes they will be sent out tommorow and I will call all of you guys with shipping airbill numbers. At that time you can just ask me to ship somewhere else and I will be more then happy to change that. I know its "unprofessional" and our company is looking for a faster better way of getting stuff here from Japan and not having to wait that long because I know how my customers get.

i just wanted to get things straightened out because I personally have never had any problems with DHL and every time I have dealt things always ran smooth with a tracking number. I have been checking the tracking number ever since you gave it to me but there has always been "no status available". and thats why I have been asking you still.

You say its on the way but DHL says they never took possession. I may be wrong but this is the first time i ever ran into something like this.
