View Full Version : knock sensor installed, played with timimg but still feels slow.

Copy and pasted from nicoclub.com becuase I got no help there.

Well I got my knock sensor in on friday and just now had the time to put it on. Holy crap that thing is not easy to get on lol.

Anywho, I put it on. Then reset the ECU just to make sure they're were not any codes. It feel better then it did before. But still no what I think it should be. I still haven't figured out where that vacuum line goes. And I'm not 100% sure that I have all the vacuum lines hooked up right. So that could be why it still feels slow. But its not as bad as it was before. So, I need help on the vacuum lines.

First, I need from left to right where the 4 vacuum lines go under the throttle body. I would just go look at another 240 but I know no one that owns a 240 around here.

Then, here does this vacuum line go to?

I also tryed playing with the timing by adjusting the distriptor. I didn't seem to help much if any. I think it must be something to do with the vacuum lines. I'll try to take some pics of each hose and see if I have them going to the right places tomorrow. Also I dont
