First i'll list what I have. s13 redtop sr, hks shroom filter, walboro 255, hks evc 5, apex-i rsm, front mount, dual n1 exhaust, xs downpipe/cat. About a week ago, I noticed that when my car was up to operating temp, the idle was at about 1000-+ 50. Wish was a little higher, than what it used to idle at which was 850+- 50. I didn't think much, because it still sounded healthy. Now just 2 days ago, while driving home from work, the idle was at 1400+- 50. So today, I made sure that I had no vacumn leak. Then I adjusted the air/idle screw, with the tps unhooked, until I got it to what I wanted. Took it for a drive, and it seemed to run pretty good. So I took in on the highway, and opened it up, then I let it coast in neutral. I noticed that the rpms, went to 1200, then back to 800, then slowly it started dropping more and more, until the car actually died. So I just put it back into gear, and released the clutch, and the car came back on, and drove normally. What I found strange, is that I did the same thing on inside roads, and let it coast, at a slower speed, and it doesn't die. Also, when you guys put your sr, into neutral, does the rev go up, and take a while to drop? Because that's what mines does. It takes a couple of seconds, at around 1200, then drops to 800-+ 50. I'm pretty much stumped. Probably gonna check my timing tomorrow. Also, i'm running 10 psi boost. :wtf:

Message is too short.

your throttle linkage on the throttle body probably needs to be cleaned. use some brake cleaner and make sure to put some kind of lube on it afterwards...
it is sticking at a higher rpm on the way back down from your acceleration. mine did the same exact thing.

I'll try that tomorrow. Anyone got any other ideas?
