i'm decided to get the Ground Control coil overs kit. but the problem is i don't know what springs rate do i need for my car. since my car is for daily driving( weekend racer though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> ), also i have put a heavy 12" subwoofer with a big box, and couple heavy high current amps in the trunk(also dynomat the whole trunk). what kinda spring rates do i need for this. so i can have a stiff and nice(not really rough) ride. i don't know much about suspension. hope someone can help me which way to go. btw, i'll use the GC with the tokico prem. shocks(all 4 corner).

call GC, they will ask what application it is for, and what you're going to be doing with the car, and with that information they will make a reccomendation on a spring rate.
