So, I've had an SR for about 2 years now, and it has always been hard to start when the engine was cold. If the engine was warm, it would start right up, but if it had been sitting for several hours, I would have to sit there and crank it for a while before it would start, and when it finally caught, it would idle really roughly for a few seconds. It also got worse when the weather was colder. I tried searching for an answer, but never found a satifactory solution. Well, a few weeks ago I finally installed an SR gauge cluster, because I haven't had a working tach for almost 2 years (ghetto, I know). Since I installed the cluster, the car starts right up every time, no matter how cold. I am completely baffled by this result, but very pleased as well. Killed two birds with one stone without even trying.
