In Japan, catback/whatever you wanan call it/aftermarketpipesare all referred to as mufflers.
Anyway, most people don't stock DART Izumi exhaust here, try asking Kuah @ splparts.com.. otherwise I think some guy was selling the DART exhaust on this forum.
Welcome

well shit...I had no clue.
whoops.
anyway, if you're just after a clear flow, i'm sure a muffler shop (they have those in Okinawa, right?) can make you something pretty damn close to that, for way less, unless labor rates are extremely high. Good luck

That really doesn't look TOO hard to have an exhaust shop custom make you one.

You can say catalyst back and people know what your talking about..actually we just say exhaust when asking about, exhaust...The Dart Izumi's can be ordered at any shop in Okinawa, as far as muffler shops here..most performance garage's will make anything you need...I dont know of too many just exhaust shops in Okinawa...he is in Hawaii it looks like and used to be in Okinawa...
Where/When were you in Okinawa, or are you Okinawa Native and Live in HAwaii now?

ppl seriously pay money for those? they better be cheap, because any muffler shop could easily make something like that up super cheap. and i would hate to hear how those sound on a 2 liter engine.

while not under boost, they sound like a cross between a truck, snowmobile, and weed eater :) ..WOT they sound pretty damn mean...

It sounds savage. In the best way imaginable. I heard it on a hella heated SR.

I was supposed to get one of those a few years ago.... buuuuuut. :(
Anywho, they offer a few versions of those. I would get the straight through stainless.
they are fairly cheap too. somewhere in the $300 catagory
But yeah, it is a real simple design to make. Better off making it.

It doesn't look nice to me. The end part (not really a muffler) looks dumb. But thats just my opinion. I don't like the pipe look for some reason. I like a nice angled muffler, a resonator, and a high-flow cat.. kinda like my set-up. lol

cats suck
resonators are good, not too big
3" is ideal
mufflers? no. straight pipe
louder the better.
mega loud w/ flame action is a plus too.
setting off car alarms idleing next to cars....oh i do that :)
