Does anyone know at what CFM the S15 MAFS will max out?

The S15 MAF is exactlly the same as the S13/S14.

I was thinking I was reading of people with S13's & such upgrading to S15 MAFS.

Either way, now I can not find info on any of the MAFS for any version.

Would anyone have that handy? I am basically trying to figure out how much boost I can run before I max out the stock MAFS.
