What goes next to the cig lighter in S13

I was wondering what goes in the place of my flat plastic cover in better equipped S13 240s? It's like my dead switch under the headlight popup switch (I now know cruise control went there) ...

That is were the super cool turbo NOS boost botton and control knob goes YA . I beleive you are talking about the power mirror switches area by the lighter.
