And the foul shit is that they were in town to tape Raw and Smackdown, not doing Raw live because they were going on a world tour or some shit like that... I have a friend who is REALLY into professional wrestling for some reason or another, and he was telling me that Eddie was due to repeat as WWE champion on the smackdown part of the taping.

In May 2004, UPN aired the special "Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story."
I'd say UPN was a tad premature in that title.

Ironic now, looking back, but the fact is that he had damn near drank himself to death and was, for quite a while now, a recovered alcoholic and that was what the UPN special was all about from what I understand.

i dont like wrestlin.. but i used to watch it cuz theres nothin on regular tv... but dam that sucks.. he was kinda cool..


but then again, it could be a hoaks, and they bring him back from the dead or something.. its wrestling come on!

One of wrestling's greats.

At least McMahon gave him a title reign, its cool because Eddie was a small guy.
