Urethane Subframe Tilt Spacers by Uras
These are the "Super Pineapple" version which are thicker than the regular version (+5mm) and will tilt your subframe accordingly for more (or less) traction. These are used by many D1 drivers and are relatively uncommon, even in Japan.
These work for all s-chassis cars.
Here they are on the URAS website (http://www.uras.co.jp/syohin/pineapple.html). Top of the page are the normal pineapple spacers, second from the top are the Super Pineapples.
Retail price is 12,600 yen (~$115, and you'd have to pay for shipping from Japan). These are not brand new so I will sell them for $70 shipped.
