The poor quality of the vid makes it hard to determine if it was him or a guy that looks like him. Or they could have just edited it with some old footage. Good find though.

well after taking another look at that video, unless its a damn good look alike it cant be old footage. He was killed in 96, supposedly, and the white mustang thats first in line is a 99+ body style, look at the corner lights, it screms later SN95 body style. So that must have been one hell of a headlight conversion to be hooked up with lights that are 3 years pre-released. Just a thought.....

that video is extremely contrived.
that said, I wouldn't be shocked if 2pac wasn't dead - i'd be more amazed that he actually pulled it off.

^Valid Observation. Not to mention a quality Camera (as it appears judging to be by the quality of the close up of the "Reporter") suddenly loses quality and is unable to zoom even 50 yards to get a clear shot of the individual in question? Baffling!
