Quick fuel pump question...

there is a brown tube connected to the stock s13 fuel pump w/ a tiny screen at the end. do i have to reuse this on the walbro one? b/c i don't see anywhere it could go. i already installed the walbro, but now just paranoid.

I assume by screen you are talking about the bag? If so, no the walbro kit comes with a new bag, the screen/bag keeps debris out...

Here is a write up I did on installing a fuel pump for the zilvia people...didnt get much attanetion cause I wasnt talking about negative offset 18x10 inch wheels.. :coolugh:

that IS a nice write-up. and It's not the filter. it's a brown tube coming off the top of the fuel pump with a little suction kinda screen at the other end of it. from the pics of the stock fuel pump in the write-up, i didn't see that tube nor in the walbro after installation so i'm guessing i odn't need it. weird...

that IS a nice write-up. and It's not the filter. it's a brown tube coming off the top of the fuel pump with a little suction kinda screen at the other end of it. from the pics of the stock fuel pump in the write-up, i didn't see that tube nor in the walbro after installation so i'm guessing i odn't need it. weird...
