WTT OR FOR SALE:Turbo AE86 GT-S and 4age GT-S NORCAL trade for s13 or s14

I have two AE86 that I'm looking to trade for a Nissan 240sx S13 or S14.
What i'm looking for is either an s13 with silvia front end sr20det or a clean s14.

First car:
1987 Toyota Corolla Gt-S
130,xxx miles on chassis/??? miles on enigne, looks as if it's been rebuilt recently
Engine: Jdm 3t-gte twin spark, Turbo charged engine
I'm told this engine is very rare and can produce mass amounts of horsepower with the proper build.
Electromotive Tec2 fully programmable Engine management system
Blow off Valve
Greddy Turbo timer
Vdo Boost gauge
Air/fuel meter
Stock toyota turbo
Front mount intercooler
The car runs good and pulls really hard. The transmission is real smooth with no grinds.
Sr-5 rear end
The car has stock suspension with original GT-S rims
This vehilce is being sold as Off road/track only car. I currently DO NOT have the title. In order to make the car street legal it will need to pass a smog check, and brake and lamp inspection. Body is pretty strait, There is a dent in the front right fender that can either be popped out or replaced. Rear bumper is pretty messed up but a relpacemet bumper will only cost $30 at the local junk yard. Interior is clean with the exception of the cracked dash pad which is normal for the ae86. I bought this car with the intention to swap everything over to my other gt-s, but I really have no more time to be doing swaps and stuff. Car needs attention to the body but overall it's one BAD A$$ car with lot s of potential to be more.

My 1985 Toyota Corolla GT-S
160,xxx on chassis, Unknown milage of JDM Blue Top I've put around 1200 miles on it since swap.

JDM Blue top motor. Swapped in 2 months ago

Interior:
The interior panels are clean the seats could use some attention. Drivers seat is ripped in the usual spot and seats are pretty dirty. They can probably get a lot cleaner with some interior cleaner.
T3 3 inch hub extension with Ebay steering wheel.
Sony mp3/cd player
Exterior:
The Body is stait,Has misc door dings, but not too many. Front left fender had a dent but was popped out by previous owner. All the car needs is to be buffed out and it will look real good.
Car is lowered on cut springs which was done by the previous owner.
It has 14" mesh rims with matching full size spare.Wrapped in dunlop tires with a good amount of tread left.The car runs good and drives well.

Okay this is what i'm looking for. I want to trade both of my cars for a clean s13 240sx with silvia front end and sr20det. Or trade both cars for a clean s14 240sx. Or I will trade the Turbo AE86 for clean s13 with Ka24de. Otherwise I will only sell the Turbo AE86 for $3000 OBO price is negotiable. And once that is sold I will sell the other AE86 after I find a 240sx. My 4age AE86 is my daily driver so i cant sell it unless i have something else to drive.
I Love driving my 86's but my interests are leaning more towards a 240sx now.
The only ae86 i want now is a hatchback GT-S ONLY, So if have one and your interested in what I have we can talk business.I've had 3 ae86 coupes and would like a hatch now, otherwise i want a 240sx.
I have Lots of Misc parts laying around that i will throw in with the trades.

im confused, the turbo corolla has no title? or you just don't have the pink slip... or you went through the smog / inspection... or why does it have registration? payed now?

sorry i havent been clear, i dont have the title, the registration has been payed, in order to get car back on the road it still needs brake and lamp inspection, vin verification from dmv, and smog check....hope that clears things up a little
