as i slow down or stop, sometimes i smell a scent that smells like burning candles, any idea? or do my brakes just smell good, just wondering/curious

Coolent has a sort of sweet smell when it gets cooked. Brakes do not smell nice. Dunno? How is your coolent level? Can't think of anything else unless you have candy stuck in your calipers.

Yea. Coolant does have a sweet smell to it. Don't taste it though, you'll die. Haha

Ive had coolent spill all over my face when i was pulling out my engine. It tasted kinda sweet at first then it gets nasty.. Just dont swallow any of it.

mix it up with some water --> yummy...

as long as it wasn't gas getting into your eyes --> now that would hurt big time.

Once when i was in shop classs (a couple of years ago) some brake fluid splashed in my eye. Didnt really hurt or anything. Well, not until my shop teacher put some sort of eye flush/cleaner on it. Then it started to burn. Ended up leaving school early to go get my eye checked out.

heh aint that the truth... when i swapped out my engine... my fuel line was just sticking up and i was in the engine bay trying to take some shit off, i tapped the fuel line with my shoulder and it flikered some gas into my eye..... daaaammnnn it stung >.<

its definitely your coolant...i spilled some like a dumbass and when i was driving it burned up and smelled pretty damn good

sometimes after speeding fully throttle... it smells like fart kinda
