A-tech Final Speed 1 piece Forged wheels 17x7/8+3 (can take off if unwanted to lower price)
5mm brand new lugs w/ locking

Only bad with car is it needs some minor exterior work, typical s13 rust, recent paint job was done in garage (not by me) needs some
help in a few spots. Clean title, clean car for the year.
