Ok i've got a deal on 2 drift tire but i still have my stock one.
Does the car will be debalanced if i've for example, 16" in the back and 15" in the front. The car is dropped 1.8" all around. The 16" will be wider than the stock one.

WTF. No, it wont matter if you run staggered. As long as the front wheels are the same width and wheel height. Same goes for the rears.

It will make a difference but not necessarily for better or worse. Depends on use, and widely on tire choice. I have 17/18s and love it.

debalanced? you mean unbalanced. i run 15x7 in front and 16x7 in rear and switch. Your smaller tire in the rear will rotate faster but youll balance them out if you get 205/55 up front and 205/50 for the 16 to somewhat be equal ratio. It works. Id rather run 17/18.

I have 15x7 front, and 16x7 rear - no money so I keep it this way.

Have not had major problems though I do run on some fucked up tire sizes...

my car understeers anyway...

I ran 15/18 for a short time, had 5 lug in the back and ran out of 16s and needed something to get around with.

It was suprisingly stable, just had my fron pointed to the ground. Even used the setup for a drift event in the rain... Had some understeer, but it was raining.
