Well....... I have a 1990 240sx (s13) and i have the chance to buy a RB20DET.. the person told me the engine is V6 with twin cam, 24 valves and he has a tranny for it. i just wanna know how much is invloved in doing a swap.
do i need to do any fabrication or anything like that, or can i just do a normal swap...

Yes, it will fit. BUT, you will need custom engine mounts. Also, it is not a V-6, it is an I-6. The RB20 is a great motor and I highly reccomend it. Goodluck sourcing the engine mounts. I think unstable hybrids might be able to help you with those.

Other than that, it is a straight forward swap just like the SR swap. I also believe that the harness wiring would be very similar to the SR too.
