Hey once my dad sells his house, (few weeks from now), He decided he will purchase me a 97-98 240sx, I want it to be a manual transmission, as well as in BLACK OR WHITE color only. I also want it to be in great condition as well as mileage under 100k, as close to stock as possible

Hey I got what you need. 1998 240sx color is black and just hit 100k miles. Its 5 speed with leather. You can ask anyone. These cars are rare. Especially 5 speed leather. It is i great condition. Has NEVER been into a accident. I have 2 carfaxes to prove it. and you cannot get anymore stock than this car. It has never been modified. Everything on the car is stock.
