((this is NOT a commercial post or advertisement.. it is me, a user and 240 driver, sharing what is going on..))

I am testing a new style of adjustable links aimed at (but not limited too..) street driven cars.. they will be produced and sold under either the Specialty Products (SPC) name (http://www.specprod.com/) or DGI Automotive (http://dgiautomotive.com/) (i'm not sure which at this time..)
They feature high durometer urethane bushings as opposed to heim joints.. this will help reduce harshness while offering improved handling..

SPC fit them on my coupe yesterday and I picked it up this morning.. the rest of my suspension consists of tein s-tech springs and a unknown/unmatched set of struts.. no sways, no strut tower bars.. no coilovers.. the car is rolling on a set of weak sauce 15's and mismatched tires.. at this point it would seem links are not needed and would hardly make a difference.. HOWEVER.. this car rides great AND rocks.. 90+mph hiway lane changes with zero issues.. i took 6 on/off ramp combos on my way home and felt significantly more stable and solid.. i will be making some canyon runs and tracking the car soon and will give a full report after i have "really" driven on this set up..

oh.. they will be making rear "traction" rods.. the test bed units were to wide to fit in the sub frame.. i will be getting those when they get them corrected..

with out further ado..
camber plates that are very similar to stock strut mount height..

i am not sure what the final "retail" price will be or what they will sell for.. i'm hoping they are similar or lower cost than heim joint'd units..

the rods will come with bushings in them already.. they are stiffer urethane making them WAY better than stock bushings..

some of those don't look all that promising, maybe the pics are deceiving but doesnt look very beefy

looks like a copy of what is already out on the market

You mean there's people out there that would sooner make a carbon copy of a product instead of doing their own R&D? Say it ain't so! :bite:

that tension rod scares the hell out of me... that looks like it would break if you look at it funny

i cant wait for us to get out there and test them out. well see how they are, might be a bit small when compared to other comanies, but not as bad as the pics show, well see, they are just prototypes...

ok enough mr smartypants

in my opinion looks a bit underengineered versus stock, but i was biting my tongue since 1. no personal experience with product or that company and 2. options are always good for owners, as long as the product is beneficial vs. stock.

as for that weld by the tension rod bracket, looks kinda questionable (but the picture scale is deceiving so maybe im wrong), id rather go with stock TC rod and hard bushing. i like their idea to offer regular bushing versus pillowball, but the pillowball on a tension rod bracket is hardly harsh over stock. but as i say, until i see in person, im just ASSuming.

cool deal for giant killer tho, free is free, and free is awesome!

Oh come now... You didn't take my sarcasm to be serious, did you?
Forgive me for my overdramatization. 'Twas all in jest.

looks good. i was wondering when someone would get around to doing this.
Many people want the suspension adjustability but not the NVH that comes from heim joints. (myself included).
I would beef up some of the rods and welds though. Quite frankly I would copy the other products on the market but just use the bushings instead of the heim joints.
Good job.
