Who makes shift boots?

Hi,
I know someone on this board has to make shift boots... I'm looking for a black one with white stiching... I also need a nice whilte/black/aluminum shift knob and/or e-brake handle. Also if you know anyone parting out a 5sp let me know! I still need a lot of little parts.

Check ebay.  They have shift boots and ebrake boots.  In various colors, but none that are black / white stiches.
