ok my timing chain has took a shit, i need it replaced. where do everyone recommend i get it from. i was just thinkin courtesy nissan, but thought i would ask and see if anyone knew a better place. thanx

I was just doing some researching and the two kits you should be looking at is either SA Gear from kragen ($288) or you can piece it together from curtesynissan.com. i just ordered the SA gear so we'll see how it goes.

I wouldn't trust anything but OEM nissan parts for something as important as the timing chain. Courtesy all the way

I just had a beck/arnley kit installed in my car and it had metal guides unlike plastic one that came stock. I went to nissan to see if they had metal guides as well and they had no clue. They tried calling nissan and no one picked up after being on hold for 6 hours. I got my kit at a discount because I work for a parts store and it was 89$. Cost another 650$ to get that and my clutch installed.

This shop also sells really good aftermarket for pretty cheap too.
