These are new Z calipers. Not a junkyard set. Still in the box. Was going to put on my S13, but I messed it up, and bought an EVO instead. Letting them go for $160. I'm in Reno weekdays, and Sacramento weekends.

are they fully loaded?

just calipers. No pads. You will also need the little hardware pack for the pads. It's a 26 dollar pack you can get from the dealership or pdm racing.
