CA Smog sucks!

Go get a P.O. box in Wheatland...From what I hear it is one of the few cities that do not require smog checks. This will not help if you get pulled over and asked to open your hood....Oh by the way if you go soon to get on the waiting list you will only be waiting five years to get your new P.O. box.
